AutoNation Honda Valencia

We found AutoNation Honda in Valencia from the Internet and their website showed that they had exactly what we wanted online at their dealership. We called and made an appointment for the next morning (since we knew exactly what we wanted to buy), They had the car up front waiting for us when we got there for our appointment. The sales experience was pleasant and the salesman we dealt with, "Sedrik", was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable (he and was able to answer all of our questions we had during the test drive, and the very few he couldn't, he found an answer for us quickly when we got back to the dealer lot). He also said to feel call if we had any other questions afterwards and followed up several days after to make sure everything was good and answer any questions that might have come up after we'd had the car a little while. Both my wife and I test drove it which confirmed our decision that this was the car for us. The negotiation and finance paperwork took a fair while, but not unlike any other experience (and definitely not any worse) than I've had with a car purchase. Ultimately I believe we got a good deal on the car. "Chris" on the finance side was very thorough and walked us through the paperwork process making sure that we understood everything and explained anything we didn't. My wife drove off the lot smiling ear to ear in our new 2024 HRV. They seem to be committed to making sure that there customers are satisfied with their vehicle purchases, even after you've bought your car and left. Based on this experience I'm sure we'll look to AutoNation Honda again for our next car when the time comes.
