AutoNation Honda Valencia

Dealer salesperson (Lisa Plowman) was very knowledgeable and attentive. She was very responsive to my requests and took care of everything I asked her to do. I never met a dealership manager per se so I have no feedback regarding overall dealership management. CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) Manager Johnny Rodgers was very nice and very friendly. I removed 1 star because the process took 2 1/2 hours even though I did not need financing. I thought this was far too long. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership. It was nice to see actual cars in inventory again. I have been in the market for about a year and pricing has finally started to be realistic (MSRP pricing) and inventory is improving.
