Dealership Service Review
I bought a used 2006 Tacoma from this dealer. The first thing is the tire pressure light was on, I was told don't worry about it it just needs air and since I was in late the maintenance guys were not able to look at it. I come to find out that the tire pressures were off. They are supoose to be at 29 psig I found three at 45psig and one at 50 psig. The rated prressure is 50 psig. I took it to Toyota to see if they could fix it since it was under warrenty they said they could do it but the warrenty was voided do to either changing of tires or rims. So I called SBM and was put on hold, hung up on and given the run around for eight hours. I told them the issue with the vehicle that it was still under the thirty day warrenty I did not even break a week yet. Their initial reply was it's just $500 to repair so why don't I just suck it up and do it myself. I took it back to SBM and they acknowledged the light was on before I bought it and it was known by them. I was told that it would have beena few hours so I waited. Eight hours later it was still not done. I was refused a shuttle and a rental because I didn't have a Mercedes Benz. Five days later my vehicle is still not finished and I got the run around for four days now. So If you do not have or look like you have money don't waste your time. This is the worse expereince from anyone I ever had.
