Poor Customer Service

onI regret signing the lease as Mr. Lee Mehlman (Sales Manager) was demeaning and I was so humiliated when I went in to purchase my vehicle. My experience at Southbay Mercedes was terrible. I felt degraded and it seems to me that customer service and valuing your customers is not the priority of the Sales Manager Mr Lee Mehlman.
