Sang Lee was an amazing sales consultant to work with. I'm a person who understands numbers and facts, not sales pitches. He was never a "salesman". He listened to all of my needs, but also addressed some of my concerns even before I asked them. The Finance Manager, John (I forget his last name) was easy to work with. He broke down the numbers to make it easy to understand. It seemed he had our best interest at heart. I never felt pressured or nervous at any point during the financing process. He made us feel comfortable by patiently answering all of our questions. They even gave us great service after we had purchased the car. They gladly answered more of our petty questions the following day when we came to pick up our new car even when they had other potential customers waiting! I'm not sure how much the dealership will like me telling you this, but.... We ended up buying a new 2011 Camry and walked out the door with a couple extra options, extended warranty, and paying the tax and registration for less than the MSRP. I very much enjoyed my car buying experience at DCH Torrance. I highly recommend asking for Sang Lee and John. Both are genuinely good people.
