Roft was my service advisor. I had a recall with the car and booked an appointment with AutoNation Stevens Creek. After I booked the appointment, Roft called to explain everything that I needed to know about the recall and rescheduled me to a different date when the part would be available. He kept me updated during the whole time when I had the car there. When I picked up the car, the car had been washed and cleaned on the inside. I am very happy with the service provided by Roft and I would recommend anyone for this dealership for your next services.
