I went to buy a new Accura RDX and had an appointment at Stevens Creek. The sales person was on time and we looked at the inventory and they did not have the match I was looking for. The sales person Nathan said let me check around and the car I wanted just arrived. Between the sales person, manager and finance manager they were non pushy and gave me a great dea. This was a great experience.
