Dealership Service Review
Appointment at 7:30am for my Honda civic for open recall. Arrived at 7:25am. Waited in line for 1.5 hours until a service advisor got to me. Appointment time means nothing here. Workers just told me “WE ONLY HAVE 2 ADVISORS WORKING NOW”. Many people abandoned their cars and saw the workers driving them recklessly - leaving the drivers side door open as they drove it into the center. One worker even bumped into my car and didn’t even apologize. Workers were having unrelated conversations and having a laugh while we all waited. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time either. Eventually service advisor told me it would take 2 days for a simple recall fix. The next day the guy didn’t even bother to call me to let me know my car was ready. I had to call service center myself to know my car was ready. Terrible customer service here. I will never take my car to pacific honda ever again. I’ll just take the extra drive to mossy Honda where they actually treat you like a valued Honda customer.
