My experience started off great but ended off bad. I was under the impression of a different price point and made the mistake of not asking for the grand total. As a service clerk the total process should be verbally shared and not only on a small print for customers to sign off. I ended up paying but was not planning on paying over $400.00 of my original cost. In these current times customers are facing more financial hardships and as a business it’s important to be transparent so customers are not faced with such charges.
