Service Representative Hugo Cardenas makes the difference.

My car service at the Mountainview, CA, BMW, is made so pleasant and worry-free thanks, in large part, to my service representative, Mr. Hugo Cardenas, AND, the transparency into the service process, with text message notifications and videos of the service progress, AND, the convenience of Uber/Lyft rides to and from BMW. Because of such great service, spearheaded by Mr. Hugo Cardenas, I am likely to buy another BMW, and I have recommended to my BMW-owned friends to use Mr. Hugo Cardenas at the Mountainview BMW to service their BMWs.
