Need to be better getting my car back after work is completed

onGenerally, Mountain View BMW does an A+ job. Their only issue is they take forever getting me my car after I pay for it. This is so bad that I asked not to get my car washed because the last time, it took 50 minutes to get my car because the car wash was backed up. This time, it still took nearly 15 minutes even though the work was done. This drives me crazy.
