Dealership Service Review
I have consistently had a bad experiences at this dealership's service center. To the point, where I sometimes reconsider driving much further (even down to southern California where I purchased the car) for service. I have had a recall on my car and have been receiving notices about it for a year. I called to see if I could schedule a repair in December and was told yes. I brought it in only to be told they didn't have the parts to fix it. The service advisor gave me his card to reach out to him directly to check when parts were available. I tried reaching out a few months later and after 2 attempts to reach out over the span of a few weeks, I finally got a call back. He was rude and brusque as if I was bothering him by trying to get this issue with my brakes fixed. Even scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. I was told to come in between 4 and 5pm on a Monday but it was logged in the system as 7am the next day. I checked in to make sure I was set and the service advisor left me a voicemail assuring me I was. When I came in, he was clearly not expecting me and I had to refresh his memory what I was doing there. Because I wasn't on the schedule I had to wait 20 mins in the heat, while pregnant, waiting for the loaner car person to come back to get a loaner car. The service advisor was nowhere to be found and completely unwilling to help. When I came to pick up my car, the woman at the cashier was busy chatting with another employee at their desk while a line formed. I then had to wait 10 mins just for the car to be brought around. They treat people, not as people, but as pesky nuisances.
