My car recently had a coolant leakage issue. It was initially serviced at a different dealership, but they were unable to resolve the problem and, to my surprise, informed me that the repair wouldn’t be covered under warranty, even though the car is still within the warranty period. I decided to bring the car to the Mountain View, where I had great experiences in the past, even though it's a bit farther from home. Kevin Tran was my service advisor, and he was excellent from start to finish. He quickly confirmed that the repair was indeed covered under warranty, coordinated with the technician to identify the root cause, and kept me promptly updated throughout the process. He also arranged a loaner car so I could continue my daily commute without disruption. The repair was completed within a reasonable time frame, and I was very satisfied with the service. Kevin was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended.
