So easy, so professional and so refreshing!

I had my annual service on my BMW this week and can only say that it was outstanding. Everything was handled as planned / promised. Setting a date and time for the service was easily handled online and the email and text reminders were useful and not annoying. Once on premise every single person that were involved in one way or another with me were professional and attentive. No surprises, no long waits and just really great and friendly people. THANK YOU BMW MOUNTAIN VIEW!!!
