Dealership Service Review
I went to BMW of Mountain View to have them look at my trunk which was not opening all the way (stuck halfway). I got there 10 minutes early -- they told me I was early and I needed a few minutes for my service person to tend to me -- no problem. Then, he was 30-35 minutes late, despite me checking in with with the reception staff 4-5 times along the way. Then he didn't really understand I was there for my trunk. He did a full service sales job on me (which is not due for another 4 months). At the end, he understood and asked me to leave the car for 2 days to have them investigate the problem. I didn't. I left. I have always been extremely happy with BMW of Mountain View (we have and have had multiple BMWs for many years). I have 3-4 dealerships in our area. I had never considered taking it to another one. I'm thinking about it -- for my trunk problem.
