Dealership Service Review
I just want to say how pleased I was with my recent experience at BMW Of Mountain View! I leased a beautiful 2023 M3 a few months ago and I brought it in for its' 1200 mile service. I was immediately greeted and attended to...I didn't have to wait for a greeter to approach me. I was then introduced to my service advisor, Justin Wyatt who was pleasant, cordial, and very professional! He prepared the paperwork promptly and he answered some questions I had with utmost knowledge and competence. He also brought in a BMW "Genius" named Mike Gesner who answered a few questions I had that Justin was not able to answer for me with all certainty. Both know what they are doing, and my experience was one that I give an A+ to! Within a couple of hours, my car was ready and I was on my way. Previous to the M3, I leased a Mercedes 2020 AMG C63 and even though the sales and service teams were up to my satisfaction, I just wasn't that crazy about the car to the point I was happy when I turned the car in at the end of the lease. Before the Benz, I leased a 2018 M3 from my good friend and great guy, Joe Wahler who is the leasing manager there. But more on him in another survey. I'm a definitely a BMW guy as Mercedes cars are "over-engineered" for my taste. I felt that that I needed a degree in automotive engineering to figure the car out. Not so with the M3, everything is much more straight forward and less complicated than the Benz. That's why I returned to Mountain View to lease another M3. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, and I strongly suggest that Mr. Wyatt, Gesner, and Wahler receive the accolades they deserve! I really love my M3, and I'm very happy with it! That car is a fire breathing beast, and I will lease another one when my current lease runs out in 2026, or I may opt to keep the one I have now...time will tell. Regards, Joe Jacobs
