I went to BMW Mountain View for diagnosis of abnormal air-conditioning operation of my X5. They have checked the vehicle, run the system for sufficient duration, and concluded that the AC system is perfectly normal. Justin, the service advisor, was so professional texting me detailed updates about the work. He arranged a loaner car and made the entire experience very pleasant.
