BMW of Mountain View
Dealership Service Review
Not having relocated yet for my new job, I’m commuting weekly into Silicon Valley. My X5 is overdue for its regular service, then the brake warning announced that they were worn out and I needed to drive “moderately” to the dealership. Mountain View was the closest BMW service center, so I called, explained my logistical issues, and Kyle assured me they could get the work done in one day and get me to and from work without issue. So I made an appointment to get the work done. I drove in the next morning, handed the car off to Kyle, and waited for the Lyft he ordered to take me to work. He called mid-day to update me on the progress, and let me know about some other issues the technicians discovered. He even offered to look into whether they might be covered by my extended warranty. Finally, he called to let me know my X5 was done, and that he sent my return ride Lyft to get me. My car was done, ready and waiting. I was pointed to the cashier, paid, was handed my key fob, and on my way, exactly as promised. Kyle did a great job helping out someone from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and his dealership.
