Very slow, no connection, bas service

I dropped off my car for the service 10 days ago to have the coloring. They said that it will be finished on the Saturday of that week. But no body called me back or told me that they received the car or even who is in charge. Today I called then after more than 10 days and they says I have to wait 5 more days.
