BMW of Mountain View

I know this review is long overdue, but I've been uber busy and just now able to sit down at my computer and tap one out. I recently leased a gorgeous 2023 BMW M3 which I had configured on the BMW website. When I was done designing my car, I sent the specs to my very good friend, Mr. Joe Wahler who is the leasing manager at BMW of Mountain View in Mountain View, CA. My brothers and I have known Joe for over 20 years, and all of us have leased vehicles from him in the past, so we consider him a family friend. Joe is a very competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person, and also a really great guy! When Mr. Wahler received my configuration in April of 2023, he indicated to me that due to supply chain issues and parts availability, the car would not be ready until about November or December. I was not too happy about waiting for the car for so long, but I knew that it was beyond Joe's control, so I waited for him to contact me when the car was ready. Not too long after that, Joe contacted me stating that he was able to move up the delivery date to September or October and I was elated! So again I waited for delivery. About mid-August of 2023, Joe contacted me with great news that the car was finished and on its' way to me from Germany and would be at the dealership in a couple of weeks! I was absolutely overjoyed! Joe kept me informed on the status of the car, and finally at the end of August he contacted me to come in and take delivery of my beautiful M3! When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Wahler has all the documentation ready so I wouldn't have to spend a ton of time waiting for the paperwork to be prepared. I signed on the dotted lines, and after a BMW "Genius" spent a little time showing me the features of the car. I was on my way shortly after that. I can't say enough about what a consummate professional Mr. Wahler is...he knows his stuff, is patient and experienced, and answered every question I threw at him with utmost certainty. He was very thorough and explained everything to me to my satisfaction! I can and most definitely will recommend BMW Of Mountain View to others, and I'll tell them to go see "Big Bad Joe"! LOL I live about 40 miles form the dealership and there is a BMW dealer much closer to my home, but I'll gladly drive the extra miles to do business with my friend Mr. Wahler and BMW Of Mountain View. They are a great bunch and the store is well run and efficient. They run a tight ship there. Thanks for reading this...Joe Jacobs
