onMy experience with Timmons Subaru service of my 2008 Subaru Outback took five diagnostic checks over a period of three weeks from DEC 2017 to JAN 2018 to resolve a problem. The automobile was completely out of service during the three week period. The service was excessively time consuming, overly costly and was ultimately solved by Subaru Tech Line NOT by the Timmons Subaru mechanics. In addition, sensors and parts were replaced which when tested independently proved NOT to be faulty.
