onA huge thank you to Adam and Kia for their exceptional customer service. When the two water pumps went out on my Niro EV, I was worried about the cost of the repair. Even though the vehicle was technically out of warranty based on the time limit, it was still well within the mileage. Adam helped me escalate the issue, and Kia corporate agreed to cover the full cost. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This positive experience has solidified my decision to look at Kia for future car purchases.
