GMC Ripping Off Customers
Written by 02/03/2016
onGM (and probably some other auto makers) are making vehicles that no one else will attempt to work on so it has to be taken to a GM dealership (even to change a head light bulb). Then, (understandably) the dealership will not honor a warranty for any parts (head light bulb) taken to them to install, so we consumers have to pay more than double the cost the dealership wants for the same part -(I paid over $183 for EACH of 2 head light bulbs that I could have purchased at a local auto parts for $85). That's outrageous and something needs to be done to protect consumers from this type of rip off.
