Service center - no star but had to proved one

onThe service tech did not rotate the tires as they were supposed too. Sitting and waiting for an oil change for two hours when my appointment was for 8am. Sitting there I had to listen to 4 other customers complain about their services as well. I will not return to this service center. Will be taking my car else where.
