Dealership Service Review
My car had an issue with radar cruise control that has taken years and 4 different disappointing visits to this dealership. The warranty on our vehicle was only good here,so even after moving 6 hours north we would have to drive down to get the exact same issue repaired,only to have it fail within the first day of driving the car again. Family members would be taking time off work to drive down and carpool,and even after explaining how far away we were, JJ failed to call us back on timeliness they created, and multiple times tried to invalidate our warranty in order to have to fix the repair themselves. From ordering the correct parts to professional communication, they dropped the ball every chance they got. If our warranty was good anywhere else,we would prefer to go there. This place has grown too large to offer good service or value. I have no confidence in the entire organization.
