Dealership Service Review
I am disappointed with the Service Department. In the last 3 times that I got my truck serviced there were always some incidents that I don’t understand why it happened. 1) On 01/27/2023, I dropped off my truck for regular service,. And when I’m picking it up my fob keys were gone missing. Didn’t find it and technician had to order a replacement. 2) On 07/07/2023, another service was due, same thing happened. They lost my key fob that had a key ring that I treasure a lot. I was told to submit the receipt and I will be reimbursed. 3) Just recently 09/22/2023 (which was this last service), my side mirror with a mini circular mirror attachment was missing. So I asked the technician what happened. He came back and said it fell. If I did not ask, he would have not told me about it? That’s not good. 3) Still same date 09/22/2023. My truck four wheel cap covers were damaged when they rotated the wheels. I am not sure if they know how to remove the cap covers. And if they do not know how, why didn’t they say anything. And no one there mentioned about the damage. It was only because I saw it. I am dissatisfied with the service that I get from this dealership service department. I bought their service package trusting that my truck will be in good shape and care. I hope they will pay attention to my concerns.
