Service department is incompetent.

They put the wrong oil in my car and that is my fault that he was not able to read the oil change sticker that clearly states Mobil 1. I guess that's also what caused him to want to charge me two hours for labor when it was only 1.2 hrs at another dealer. Somehow Mr. service manager I do believe these were your errors and not mine. If you are looking for a dealer who is honest and detailed oriented. This is not the place. Customer service is lacking. I was the one who lost money because of their mistake. In my profession these errors could cost someone's life. U
