Dealership Service Review
While the staff is friendly I honestly don’t know if they know how to service vehicles. I have brought my suv into them now 3 times for the same issue, paid them over $2,000 and it is still not fixed! Every time I’m told “this is it, we’ve got it figured out” and yet w/in a few days it’s obvious it hasn’t been fixed. Looking at having to take it back a fourth time but at this point not sure if I should because I don’t know if they know what they are doing. Do their technicians really know GM vehicles? I can’t figure out why a seemly simple fix can’t be taken care of the first time and why I’m having to continue to pay labor (they did discount labor a little on this last go around) when it’s on their end that they are not doing a through fix. Having to wait until Monday to call them yet again to say that it is still not fixed. Doesn’t seem like they guarantee their work, if so I shouldn’t have to keep paying labor (which often times is way more than the part) for them to fix something they should have done right the first if not the second time.
