I had an unscheduled maintenance need. The advisor took great care to give me the expectations of my visit and that I may be without the vehicle for a day or two, so as to reproduce the maintenance issue. She was exceptional in her communication and even went so far as to help me get a car seat out of the vehicle later in the day when we had to swap over to a friends car.
