onI went to Hyundai East to pick up a part. There was one gentleman that after almost 45 minutes of standing with no acknowledgement from many people walking through the department to the rear of parts. All I know is that there was not a good customer service atmosphere. If they are going to let customers stand for long periods of time, at least have a seat available. And to at least acknowledged someone that is standing against the wall. That will be the last time I go to Hyundai East side for any help... Including service on my Hyundai vehicle. I never felt so upset while left standing for such a long time.
