onThe replacement of a faulty a/c compressor seal in my 2016 Civic was thoroughly diagnosed and replaced in a timely manner. Best of all, it was free because Honda offered an extended warranty due to the faulty part. My service representative, John Beeman, kept me advised throughout the process.
