onBrought my Ridgeline in for a recall on the wiring harness that goes thru the tailgate. John Beeman, the service advisor, met me and explained what the recall was for. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He reviewed a few things of upcoming service needs with no pressure at all. He called upon completion of the work. Good place to take your vehicle for service.
