onYour service representative, Gregg Cheesbrough really covered my pre-service questions and asked me if there were any specific questions that I had. When the service was completed, her accompanied me to my car and explained what had been done and suggested an overall service due to the date of the car. I was on a tight time schedule and the work was completed very quickly. I always wait for my car. A new car salesperson approched me and asked if I would like to look at any thing on the floor.
