I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was actually met outside and escorted to the desk where we would start our transactions. No wait at all. I felt that they were very helpful and I was satisfied with the deal I got, especially considering the cost of things in these times. I hadn’t been sure I would be able to afford to buy out my lease.
