AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall

I found a car on an AutoNation lot in Tustin, California. I live in Tucson, AZ. I had numerous conversations with a young salesperson but he never followed through - never returned my calls and when I finally got to speak with him, he was less than polite. I wanted the car and was willing to purchase it from them but I wanted to only be charged Arizona sales tax. They said "No way." So, I called the AutoNation dealership here in Tucson and was helped immediately. Eddie was my salesperson and he was a perfect gentleman, answering all of my questions and putting up with me with endless patience. I finally got the car shipped to Tucson and took delivery through AutoNation Honda of Tucson. The whole experience with Eddie, Paul, and Mark in financing was top-notch. Never did I feel pressured or given a sales pitch. I have bought and sold many, many cars and I've had some nightmare experiences at dealerships. This whole transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. I would suggest if you are thinking about buying a car from this dealership, that you ask for Eddie. You won't regret it.
