Honda should not allow this dealership to sell their vehicles as Dobbs does not live up to the Honda reputation for sales and service. Purchased "Certified" used Honda only to find out 6 months later it was not up to Honda certified standards - it has aftermarket parts, they never gave me the car fax, inspection worksheet, and certification paperwork for the vehicle, and they did not complete the scheduled maintenance. Each time I have called to ask for this paperwork I am told someone will get back to me and of course, I don't hear back. I am now working with the Honda Corp. to deal with this problem. My experience was awful and if I had it to do all over again I would have gone to another dealership. Sales and finance reps were pushy and did not listen. When I later complained I was treated with disrespect and lied to again. They are not trustworthy at Dobbs and will try every trick to get one over on you - BEWARE!
