Frank Sallach was my sales guy and he changed the way I think about buying from dealers. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and the pricing was exactly what KBB suggested. I felt so good about the buying process that I accepted some of the dealer add-ons, and I don't regret it. Even with a comprehensive warranty and lifetime dent removal my payments are $40/mo less than another dealer was asking for just the car. AutoNation is my new preferred buying method.
