I had already identified two possible cars before I made an appointment at the dealership. The sales person I was supposed t work with was dealing with a very difficult customer; when it became obvious that it was going to be a while before she could free up, she passed me on to an associate to avoid me waiting any longer. After a slid test drive that confirmed my desire for the car I had driven, it was time for the financing drama. Long story short, they found a way to significantly reduce the interest rate which allowed me to take on all of the additional coverages that will mean $0 out of pocket for almost everything for 7 years. Bottom line is a strong recommendation to go to this dealer if you are in the area and looking for a positive sales/buying experience.
