I love my Rav4 that I purchased at Right Toyota. But, I was having difficulty with my navigation system and wasn't sure whether it was user error or that it just didn't work properly. Roger, my service advisor, was able to determine the root cause of the problem and not only solved the problem by getting me a new radio installed, but worked hard with the manufacturer so that I wouldn't be charged. He took the time and trouble that sometimes doesn't happen with other service centers. I highly recommend Roger and the Right Toyota team.
