I had the pleasure of having my 2022 CRV serviced for the initial time. Daniel Estrella was the advisor and what a fantastic experience. In addition to having the oil changed and tires rotated I asked about having a trailer hitch installed. Daniel kept me aware of the progress on both and when it was learned that the hitch required more time immediately secured a loaner car so I was not sitting at the dealership. I was able to get the car later that afternoon, but have to say the customer experience was superb.
