onI phoned to make a service appointment. I was told that they don’t make appointments just come on in. So I did. There I was told oh they do make appointments. Then I asked how long for a simple LOF for 10,000 miles on a new 10 month old Honda. An hour they said. 21/2 hours later I was on the road with a very expensive LOF. Not happy at all
