My recent service appointment went so smoothly. It was a routine service but it was handled with efficiency and speed. I was greeted promptly upon entering the service area and opted to wait until my vehicle was done. The waiting area was like any other you would find in a car dealership, nothing outstanding. My wait time was much shorter than I expected so that was a bonus! The service rep Jesse was very polite and explained what had been done without being condescending (which I have experienced at other dealerships). It was a very positive experience overall.
