Overall my wife and we’re very satisfied with our sales person, Julio Barcelo. Zak in the finance department did a great job explaining all of the option packages available to us. Julio also did a great job helping us set up all the systems in the vehicle when we took delivery. He did a very good job answering all our questions. I was not happy with the extra dealer fee for “Low Inventory”. I felt it was excessive and it takes advantage of the buyer needing a new vehicle.
