Service rep on Sunday someone would respond early Monday morning. Now Tuesday afternoon and still no response. Tried calling service dept but no answer. How did they get such good reviews???

Our service department is not open on Sundays. Our receptionist would be happy to make sure your call is answered and your concerns addressed.
