The WORST customer service experience!!

I received the worst customer service experience while purchasing a car at Right Honda. Do NOT purchase car from this dealership. I would never recommend purchasing a car from Right Honda. I worked with Chance Lamont he did not know how many buttons worked in the car and responded to my questions with “I don’t know” and didn’t bother to find out the answer for me. I asked about when the last oil change was done on the car Chance didn’t know and when I asked for documentation of it he didn’t provide it. Chance tricked me into paying a higher list price and sales tax to get more for my trade in. I paid $33,673 total and the car was originally listed for $31,888. There were 2 chips in the windshield that he didn’t tell me about before we talked numbers. He didn’t explain to me about the warranties on the car I had to bring it up. I tried to ask him questions about the car and he completely ignored me, turned his back from me, and walked away. I asked him about the contact information for roadside assistance once again he didn’t know their number and laughed in my face and told me to Google it. Chance said he “had a dinner to get to” and left me in the lot to drive off with the car I was so disrespected with many of my questions unanswered. I was also offered a package to tint the windows and coat the leather seats. I explicitly said I didn’t want that package. As I was in the finance office I discovered the windows were tinted and a coat was put on the seats and the list price was more than it was originally listed for. Walter Mundt, the finance manager, was also very rude and rushing me to sign the papers. He was very inpatient pushing one paper after another in front of me not giving me time to fully read what I was signing. I decided to go back to the dealer the next day to get some questions answered, but they still didn’t provide documentation I originally asked for and refused to fix the windshield. I had a terrible experience at Right Honda I never want to go back there!
