Dealership Sales Review
I had a mixed experience with this dealership. They initially offered me a great deal for my trade-in and the new vehicle I purchased from them wasn't too bad either. Kyle, my salesperson, was really great and continued to provide good service even after the sale. However, I encountered some problems when they forgot to send my pay off to the bank for eight days. As a result, my bank account went into a negative balance when the payment day arrived, causing inconvenience. I had been assured that this wouldn't happen, as there were still 13 days before the loan payment was due. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional interest by the bank on top of the 10-day pay-off amount that I had given to the dealership. When I raised this issue with Kyle, that they owe me $70, he completely ignored me and failed to respond for several days. It's disappointing that they turned out to be a typical dealership with false promises and underwhelming service. I would advise others to be cautious and consider online dealerships that offer better transparency and superior customer service.
