Even though I waited longer than was projected, that, alone, was not enough to warrant anything other than a five-star overall rating. I purchased a maintenance contract when leasing my vehicle in PA, therefore, the "No" to the question of an accurate quote of the work to be performed; also, since no prices were given, I can only assume the service cost was fair, thus a "Yes".
