Great experience!

I went into the experience expecting the worst: lying, manipulation, borderline crimes against humanity. None of that happened! I was helped by Alex and he was incredibly professional. Whenever he sensed I wasn’t into a car he immediately backed off and tried to help me make informed decisions in regards to what I did want. I think that was the best part of the experience: there was a clear desire for me to make a choice that was right for me.
