Dealership Service Review
After buying a half dozen trucks in past decade or more from this dealership, all I can say is that they used to be top notch, great, excellent service, etc....not anymore. They literally have the most incompetent group of people imaginable running the service department. After buying a new F150 a few months ago, it started having front end shaking issues. Nothing severe, but concerning. I took it to the service department and asked if I could drop it off and pick it up at end of day to get oil change and routine maint along with front end shaking looked at, only to get laughed at and told I would need to leave truck for at least 2 to 3 weeks. This is when the nightmare began. I then tried to schedule an appointment for later the following week and couldn't, so once again, I was limited to taking my new truck to the carwash for routine maintenance. I then scheduled the maintenance for Monday November 6th in advance. Additionally, in an effort to be proactive, I dropped my truck off 2 days early on Saturday November 4th and emphasized how critical it was that this get done on Monday, and I didn't want to deal with the mad rush of cars trying to get in for service. Well, come Monday after leaving voicemails and emails to get an update, no calls or emails were returned. I literally had to beg the receptionist to go ask Kevin to quit dumping me into voicemail, and she did. When Kevin finally picked up, he sounded exhausted and said, "yeeeaaahhh, I was going to give you a call back here soon, but I've been really busy!" At this point, I was really upset. Then he told me they haven't even had a chance to look at my truck and it was nearly 4PM, then I became really ticked off. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with this person and could tell he could care less, so I asked to speak to the service manager Keith. Turns out Keith likes to dump customer calls into voicemail so I had receptionist beg him to answer his phone and I think this offended Keith. Next Keith went on to tell me not to use cuss words, I told him I was really F PO'd and that this is BS. He then went on to tell me to come pick up my truck and that they will never allow me to get my truck serviced there again.
