found a 02 thunderbird for $18,500. when I tried to trade in my car the price went to $19,843.00,I asked why and was told that $348 was for paint protection( on a 16 yr. old car) and dealer doc. fees were $995.00.( most dealers chg. $3-400) they also tried to charge me Az. sales tax (8%) instead of the 3% tax in my state, I said that was wrong and the manager said that he was right. I didn't think that they were being fair, so I was told to send pics. of my car as I live out of state and he would give them to his sales mgr. to try for a better deal. I called many times and received no call back. I called again about an hour ago and was told that the car was being sold as we spoke. Misleading advertising and (non permissible content removed)
